Green Pesto Pizza

1 box Free and Easy Flatbread Mix

• 1 Sachet of Yeast (7g)

• 150ml Warm Water

• 10ml Olive Oil

• 2 Green Peppers

• 1 jar Green Pesto (Nut Free, Dairy Free if preferred)

• Handful Fresh Spinach

• Handful Fresh Cress

Method:

1. Prepare the flatbread dough following the instructions on the back of the box, using the yeast, water and olive oil.

2. Once the dough has risen, separate into 2-3 balls to act as your pizza bases. Preheat the oven to fan 180C.

3. Spread the pesto evenly over each of the pizza bases. Chop the pepper into rings no thicker than 3-4mm and place evenly over the flatbread bases.

4. Transfer the flatbread to a baking tray, then bake for 8-10 minutes.

5. Serve with fresh spinach and watercress!
