Cheese & Tomato Pasta
• 3-4 tsp Free and Easy Cheese Flavour Sauce Mix
• 300ml Water or Plant Milk
• 1/2 Diced Onion
• 300g Halved Cherry Tomatoes
• 2 Servings of Dried Pasta (Gluten free if preferred)
• Handful of Fresh Basil
Method:
1. Heat a drizzle of cooking oil in a deep pan on medium heat. Add the onion and tomatoes, then cover with a lid and stir occasionally until the onions are soft.
2. Meanwhile, bring your pasta of choice to boil in a separate saucepan and leave it to cook.
3. In a measuring jug, add 3-4 teaspoons of Free and Easy Cheese Flavour Sauce Mix and a splash of milk or water, stirring until it becomes a smooth paste. Slowly add the remainder of the milk/water and stir in.
4. Once the pasta is cooked, drain the water, then add to your pan with the tomatoes and onions. Pour your Cheese Flavour Sauce in and stir until evenly mixed.
5. Garnish with some fresh basil leaves and serve.
