Sensational Soups

Organic Moroccan Chickpea Soup

In Morocco, it is with Harira that the daily fast of Ramadan is traditionally broken. To the sound of canon fire marking sunset, deliciously filling chickpea soups are served in the street cafes within the maze of old streets criss-crossing the imperial city of Fez. Our Moroccan Chickpea Soup, which combines chickpeas with tomatoes, herbs and spices and a dash of lemon is delicious served with warm crusty bread.

Organic Mexican Bean Soup

Taking inspiration from the dishes created by the Tarascan Indians living in the mountain villages among the peaks surrounding the picturesque Lake Patzuaro in Mexico, this soul-warming soup combines tomatoes with pinto beans, red peppers, chilli and herbs to create a traditionally hearty Mexican soup.

Organic Sri Lankan Lentil & Coconut Soup

Sri Lankan dishes blend a fusion of exotic flavours to create the most delicately aromatic of food. Our delicious Sri Lankan Lentil and Coconut Soup combines red lentils, coconut, dhal and spices and owes its flavours to the traditional recipes of Yala National Park in the south eastern tip of the tropical island.

Organic Balinese Lentil Pepper Soup, RIFCo, Really Interesting, Vegan, Plant Based, Sustainable

Organic Balinese Lentil & Red Pepper Soup

To the sights and sounds of the exotic orchids, birds, butterflies, screaming monkeys and gold-tinted sunset, traditionally flavoursome soups are served in the warungs of Pulski, on the relatively unspoiled western peninsula of the Indonesian island of Bali. Our filling Balinese Lentil and Red Pepper Soup blends ginger and chilli-laced lentils and red pepper with aromatic coconut milk and spices.
